Aztec society

 Aztec society was sorted into three classes. Nobles  had the opportunity to have many important jobs. Many people were farmers. Farmers could be rich but it was very difficult. It was possible to change classes but most people stayed in the class they were born in. Slaves were a large part of the society as well. Slaves were captured people, criminals, or people in much dept. Slaves could buy their freedom and were protected by law. Talented slaves could hold high positions and marry non-slaves. If they had children their children would not have slave status.
